Relevant skills and financial management training was provided for over 3200 Group Members (Ultra-poor, landless and marginal farmers and small farmers). Staffs also received Microfinance Management, Bookkeeping and Accounting, Product Development and Business Plan development training to increase MF capacity. Most of the program participants training were funded by PKSF.
